Christmas Jumper Day 2015

Congratulations to the pupils of Grosvenor who helped to raise almost £350 for the Simon Community following its Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday 10th December.

The event saw pupils from all year groups within the School pay £1 to wear Christmas jumpers for the day, with Mr Tomkins proving the runaway winner in the ‘Best Staff Christmas Jumper’ vote, held at break time in the Dining Centre.

This year’s impressive total is the latest in a number of charity-related initiatives that have taken place within the School this year, with the whole-school target of £12000 for the current academic year firmly within sight.

Well done to all of the pupils who helped to raise the money on the day, as well as teachers Ms. Gray, Mrs Hay and Mrs McClelland who helped to coordinate the initiative.
