Christmas Jumper Day!

Many thanks to all members of the School community who took part in its ‘Christmas Jumper Day’ on Thursday 11th December, raising £400 for the Simon Community N.I.

To date this year, Year Groups within the School have raised the following amounts for the charities specified below:

Form 1: £265.35 for ‘Tiny Life’

Form 2: £328.01 for ‘Marie Curie’

Form 3: £238.26 for ‘Combat Stress’

Form 4: £335.83 for ‘N.I. Children's Hospice’

Form 5: £122.29 ‘Indie Rose Trust’ (Children with Brain or Spinal Injury) and £200.00 memorial collection for ‘N.I. Hospice’

L6: £348.62 for ‘Cystic Fibrosis Trust’

U6: £177.72 for 'Bandanas for the Brave'

The School as a whole has now raised over £5000 so far this year, putting it halfway towards its target for the year of £10000. Well done to the School’s Charity Committee, led by teacher Miss Lorraine Gray, for its successful work throughout the year thus far and we look forward to further charity initiatives after Christmas.
