Joyous Josh Celebrates Scottish Selection

Congratulations to Form One ice hockey player Josh Hodgkinson who recently gained selection to represent Team Scotland at Under 13 level in a series of international fixtures throughout the current season.

Josh, who has been playing ice hockey since he was four years old, plays for the Junior Belfast Giants team which is based at Dundonald Ice Bowl and competes on a weekly basis in the Scottish National League, at Under 14 level.

Josh, who plays in defence, has also been named as vice captain of the Giants team for the current season.  He has been supported by his family throughout his time playing ice hockey and is now looking forward to taking on a number of elite international teams from across Europe whilst representing Scotland over the coming months.

Well done to Josh on his superb achievement and we wish him the best of luck in his upcoming international fixtures.
