‘Northern Ireland Irish Dancing Championships’ Success!

Congratulations to Grosvenor pupil Rosie Pidgeon, Year Eight, who performed with distinction at the ‘Northern Ireland Irish Dancing Championships’, held at Girdwood Community Hub on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th February.

Rosie, who attends 'McElhinney School of Dance' in Holywood, attained second place in her team dances – ‘Lannigan’s Ball’ and ‘Tara Branch’, as well as third in her couples’ dance, while she also placed eighth in her solo dance.

Well done to Rosie on this impressive set of results and we wish her the best of luck in her future Irish Dancing-related endeavours over the remainder of the season.
