Onatti Theatre Company - German Play

On Wednesday 10th April Grosvenor’s highly proactive German department welcomed the Onatti Theatre Company to the School to perform for each of its 320 German students in Forms 3 – Upper 6th.

The Onatti performance, entitled “Nichts Zum Anziehen”, was a hilarious observation of two love-struck German teenagers, Nicole and Leon, getting ready for that most important first date, and dealt with the hysteria, panic, fear and apprehension leading up to it as lead protagonists Nicole and Leon dealt with all-important issues relating to make-up, hair, spots and a first ever shave (we will let you decide who dealt with which issues!)

The visit of the Onatti Group represented the fourth German theatrical performance in the School this year and, as ever, proved highly popular and worthwhile.

Many thanks to the School’s Head of German Mrs Fiona Dorman for organising this event so successfully, as well as the actors from the Onatti Company itself, which managed to deliver such an entertaining and engaging performance.
