Pembroke College, Cambridge Offer

Congratulations to Grosvenor Upper 6th pupil Helen Pružina who has been offered a place to study ‘Human, Social and Political Sciences’ at Pembroke College, Cambridge from September 2013.

Helen’s offer came following a vigorous selection process in which she submitted her initial UCAS application in mid-September before completing a Supplementary Application Questionnaire as well as two additional essays, one in French, in October.  Following this Helen was then invited to the College for two interviews of approximately 40 minutes duration in early December before being informed of her conditional offer early in the new year.

Helen’s place at Pembroke College is reliant on her achieving at least an A* and two A grades, one of which must be in Biology, in her A2 Level examinations.  Helen is currently studying Chemistry, Biology, French and German and is hopeful of achieving the grades required to take her place on the course.

All at Grosvenor wish Helen the best of luck in the preparation for and sitting of her A2 examinations over the coming weeks.
