Solar Eclipse

Pupils in Grosvenor were lucky enough to experience the partial solar eclipse this morning. The clouds parted just in time and, with the use of pin hole cameras built by the Science Department’s technicians Lech and Ania, the pupils were able to see the moon moving in front of the sun.

The event proved highly popular with pupils and teachers alike, as well as a highly worthwhile experience for all concerned.

We now look forward to the next Solar Eclipse in 2026!
