String Quartet Engagement

Well done to the School’s talented String Quartet which performed with distinction at the DUP’s annual Conference Dinner, held at La Mon Hotel on the evening of Friday 23rd November.

The quartet, comprising pupils Thomas Parke (cello), Matthew Hedley (viola), Rebekah McGuicken (violin) and Joshua Murtagh (violin) performed at the invitation of leading DUP member Timothy Cairns and also met with the approval of fellow party member, former Lord Mayor of Belfast and ex-Grosvenor pupil Mr Gavin Robinson.

Congratulations to Thomas, Matthew, Rebekah and Joshua on their impressive performance at the event – just another example of Grosvenor musicians representing the School with distinction on a wider platform.
