Talent Show @ Orangefield Primary School

On Thursday 20th December staff and pupils from Grosvenor made the short trip across to Orangefield Primary School, where chosen acts from the school’s recent Talent Show performed for the entertainment of those in attendance.

As with the Talent Show itself the event was compered by Upper 6th pupils Andrew Pope and Peter Mulligan, who oversaw the event smoothly and provided entertainment in their own right throughout.

Acts who impressed on the day included Form One pupil Luke Carson who performed ‘Walking in the Air’ from ‘The Snowman’, Lillie Turkington with her rendition of ‘Crazy’ by Gnarls Barkley and Adele’s ‘Rolling in the Deep', and Form 5 pupil Zara Holmes who performed Sandi Thom’s ‘I Wish I Were a Punk Rocker’ with aplomb.

Many thanks to Orangefield Primary School for providing the School’s acts with a platform to perform, as well as the Grosvenor pupils themselves and Mrs Amanda Salt, whose careful organization made the entire event possible.

Grosvenor looks forward to returning to OPS for more talent-filled performances in December 2013.
