Carnegie Shadowing Scheme competition

Over the past year the Grosvenor Book Club has met faithfully on Wednesday afternoons, in the Library, to discuss all things literature. As part of its activities, it has been shadowing the Carnegie Medal Awards, whereby its members have read and discussed all of the shortlisted novels. In addition, it also entered its very own “shelfie” into the ‘ALCS CKG Shelfie Competition’, to be in with a chance of winning a full set of the shortlisted books for the School.

Well done to everyone who has taken part and helped to make the Book Club, led by Mrs Davidson and Mme Brown, such a success over the past year.
