Cricket - Ulster Schools’ and Ireland Under 19 selection

Congratulations to cricketer Mohamed Aahil, Year 14, who recently gained selection onto both the Senior Ulster Schools’ and Ireland Under 19 squads.

Mohamed has attained this impressive achievement in recognition of his consistently outstanding performances at schoolboy level. In 2022, Mohamed captained Grosvenor’s First XI Cricket Team and produced many fine performances, including a century against R.B.A.I. This year, he has again performed superbly, contributing a huge weight of runs, including a half century against Campbell College in the quarter final of the Schools’ Cup.

Mohamed’s talent has been evident since Year 8 in Grosvenor. He is a fantastic cricketer with outstanding leadership qualities, who always treats staff and his peers with respect.

We wish Mohamed the best of luck in his Ulster Schools’ and Ireland Under 19 fixtures throughout the summer.
