Table Tennis - Ulster Schools’ Individual Championships

Congratulations to the School’s table tennis players who once again enjoyed incredible success at today’s Ulster Schools’ Individual Championships.

In the Under 19 Boys Event, Ben Watson performed superbly to claim first place, with teammates Junior Close and Euan Hanna also performing well to secure a share of third.

In addition, the Under 12 Boys competition saw Karsten Close secure gold, with Matthew Bailie performing impressively to claim silver.

And elsewhere, further podium placings were attained by Jack Bailie (Under 16 Boys, Bronze), Lily Parke (Under 16 Girls, Bronze), and Alfie Kennedy (Under 14 Boys - first place in the Consolation Event).

Well done to all of the above on their respective performances, as well as the other GGS competitors who competed on the day, representing the School with pride. Once again, Grosvenor’s reputation for table tennis excellence was consolidated on a day of high tension and drama!
