Password Reset Request

This form can be completed on behalf of a student who has forgotten their password or been locked out of their account and are not in school. If the student is in school please ask a teacher to reset the password.

Please note:

  • Requests submitted here will only be dealt with during school hours

  • The new password will only be e-mailed to the parent’s contact e-mail address after verifying the supplied information

  • It may take up to 1 working day before the reset is completed - please allow time for this before contacting the school
