Odyssey Parenting Your Teen

The programme aims to improve the relationship between parent and teenager, whilst supporting parents to navigate their way through raising an adolescent.  The programme consists of 8 modules covering themes such as teen development, parenting styles, problem solving, self esteem, rules and boundaries, risk taking behaviour, etc.
