A Level examination results 2019
Grosvenor students celebrated one of the best years of A Level results in the School’s proud history today, with the superb headline figure of 82.5% of pupils achieving 3 A* to C grades.
An extremely impressive total of 24 students achieved 3 A grades or better, with 7 of those achieving 4 A grades or better.
Amongst the highest achievers are Tom Rooney (4 A* grades), Peter McCreery and Daniel Corken (3A* and 1A), Andrew Lawrie and Leah McCoy (3 A* grades) and Ciara Irvine and James Magrath (2 A* and 2 A grades).
Principal Dr Vasey was delighted for her students and everyone involved, saying:
“What a wonderful day for our school community; our pupils and staff are to be congratulated on this immense achievement. A special thank you also to our parents who help their children enormously in terms of the pressures all young people face when studying for A Levels. We are so proud of our students and wish them every success in the future.”
