CILIP Carnegie Greenaway Awards Ceremony

On Wednesday 15th June the GGS Book Club gathered in the Library to watch the much-anticipated CILIP Carnegie Greenaway Awards Ceremony – an award which its members have been shadowing since the announcement of the longlist back in February. 

The awards ceremony proved highly entertaining and worthwhile, with author Katya Balen being announced as the overall winner for her novel “October, October”, which was a big hit with the members of Grosvenor’s Book Club also.
