‘Middletown Centre for Autism’ Conference

Congratulations to Elijah Moffett, Year 13, who participated at the recent ‘Middletown Centre for Autism’ Conference, held at the Waterfront Conference Centre on Saturday 20th May.

Elijah contributed to the final session of the event as a member of the panel which discussed the topic: ‘How Have Community Spaces Helped to Contribute to Autism Accessibility?’ Elijah spoke about the role of his school, the local church and supermarkets in response to this question, speaking fluently and with confidence throughout.

Well done to Elijah, who also had a leading role in this year’s School Production and Spring Concert, on taking suh a leading role at this event.
