Table Tennis Success!

Congratulations to table tennis star Lily Parke, Year 10, who was victorious at the Munster Open, held in Kinsale at the end of January.

Lily, who plays for Glenburn Table Tennis Club, achieved victory in the Under 15 Girls’ category whilst also backing this achievement up with silver medals in both the Under 17 and Under 19 age groups.

Lily, who subsequently helped the School’s Under 19 Girls’ team to victory at the Ulster Schools’ Team Championships, held the following week as Lisburn Racquets Club, can take great encouragement from such a superb set of performances against the finest players from across Ireland.
