‘Concern’ Fast ’21

Congratulations to a number of Grosvenor’s pupils and members of staff who participated in the recent ‘Concern’ Fast ‘21, depriving themselves of their mobile phones for 24 hours across Thursday 18th and Friday 19th November.

In total, some nine pupils, all in Year 13, participated in the charity initiative - namely Abby Corbett, Tinah Eltayeb, Jack Lamont, Jenny McCully, Maritta Siji, Sam Simons, Lois Turkington and Claire Wilson - who were joined by five willing staff members – Mr Butler, Mr Donnell, Mrs Fox, Mr Stevenson and Mrs Waterworth.

So far, the initiative has proven highly successful, with over £600 having been raised towards helping women and children suffering from malnutrition in Kenya.

Well done to everyone involved!
