Head Boy and Head Girl Appointments 2021/22

Congratulations to Grosvenor Year Thirteen pupils Jonny Robinson and Abbie Myles who were recently selected to serve as the School’s Head Boy and Head Girl for the academic year 2021/2022.

Jonny and Abbie were chosen for their prestigious posts after a vote undertaken by both pupils and staff, followed by an interview process featuring shortlisted pupils on Monday 26th April; they will take over their positions from 2020/21 incumbents Steven Burrows and Amy Grant, who have carried out their roles with distinction over the past year despite the many additional challenges brought by Covid.

Jonny is joined by Aaron Boyd and Scott Mackey as his deputies, with twins Louisa and Olivia Millar serving as Deputy Head Girls and a further fifty pupils being selected as Prefects. All six of the ‘Head Prefects’ were informed of their selection by Principal Dr Vasey and Head of Senior School Mr Young, and an official ‘hand over’ held on Tuesday 27th April, with Steven and Amy passing the baton on to their deserving successors.

A huge congratulations to both Jonny and Abbie on the receipt of their badges, of which they are massively deserving: those who know them will testify that they will each thrive in their roles and act as outstanding role models to younger pupils further down the school.
