On the afternoon of Wednesday 18th December Grosvenor’s Senior Choir completed its festive commitments with a typically high-quality performance during lunch at Orangefield Presbyterian Church’s Arc Café.

Grosvenor’s elite choristers treated all in attendance to an outstanding series of performances, with musical numbers on the day including many of those performed the previous evening at the School’s 75th Anniversary Carol Service, such as: ‘O Holy Night’, featuring soloist Beth Vance, ‘Candlelight Carol’; ‘Away in a Manger’, with solos from Tyler Smith, Daniel Stewart and Stephen Wright; ‘The Angel Gabriel’, with a solo provided by Daniel Stewart; ‘Sing a New Noel’ and ‘Tomorrow Shall be my dancing day’.

Well done to all of the GGS pupils who performed on the day, as well as Miss Foster, who conducted, and Mr Arnold, who accompanied them – they can now look forward to putting their feet up and enjoying a well-earned rest over the forthcoming Christmas holidays!
